Lexi Blank is a senior Public Relations student with a minor in Political Science. This past summer, she interned on the communications team at CBS Sports, gaining hands-on experience across a variety of PR initiatives, including social media, media relations, research, and content development. She also had the opportunity to attend several CBS Sports and CBS News productions, as well as support major industry events such as the College Football Seminar and NFL Media Day, where she worked directly with media and talent to help ensure successful and seamless events. Prior to CBS Sports, Lexi gained experience across a range of industries through previous internships. She worked as a marketing intern at SreetCred PR, where she was exposed to financial public relations, and at Rosen Group PR, supporting accounts across the cannabis, restaurant, and beer and wine industries. At Syracuse University, Lexi interns in the Athletic Communications Office, where she supports communications strategy for Women’s Lacrosse and Football while also working games for both Olympic and non-Olympic sports. Outside of her work in athletics, she serves as Co-Director of SU DanceWorks, Syracuse University’s largest student-run dance organization on campus. As Assistant Firm Director, Lexi hopes to foster an inclusive environment where productivity stems from strong relationships, not only within the firm, but also with clients. She values collaboration, creativity, and building meaningful connections throughout her work.
