Kendall Palazzi

Director of Programming

Kendall Palazzi is a senior at Syracuse University pursuing a dual degree in Public Relations and Marketing. She began her journey with the firm as an Account Associate in the fall of 2024. This past summer, Kendall gained hands-on agency experience interning at Biosector 2, a healthcare PR agency powered by Syneos Health, where she supported healthcare communications initiatives, contributed to research and content development, and helped coordinate campaigns. She also previously worked with Mandelbaum Barrett PC and participated in the Green Room Communications Summer Academy, strengthening her interest in strategic and digital communications. As Director of Programming, Kendall is focused on creating engaging professional events, fostering collaboration across teams, and ensuring meaningful opportunities for firm members. On campus, she has taken on leadership roles that emphasize community building and student engagement, including being President and Founder of the Syracuse chapter of If You’re Reading This – a mental health organization on campus that fosters connection, empathy, and peer support. In her free time, Kendall enjoys running, mindfulness practices, and spending time with friends and family.
