Becca Lipset

Director of Programming

Becca Lipset is a junior at Syracuse University pursuing a dual degree in Public Relations and Policy Studies, with a minor in Applications of AI. Becca began her journey with Hill Communications her first semester of college as a freshman intern. She is thrilled to have since climbed to sit on the executive board as Director of Programming. It was through her connections at Hill Communications that Becca was introduced to Real Chemistry, the largest healthcare-focused communications agency. There, she interned this past summer on the integrated communications department, supporting one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world. Becca is eternally grateful to Hill Communications for opening that door and for giving her the skills and confidence to make the most of it. As Director of Programming, she looks forward to bringing the firm together to foster cross-team collaboration. She wants to build out new professional development events and workshops that give members hands-on skills and connect students with alumni and industry professionals who can help them navigate their career paths, just like Hill Comm did for her. She's especially passionate about creating opportunities that feel genuinely useful, not just resume-building exercises, but real connections and experiences that lead to meaningful opportunities after Hill Comm. In her free time, Becca enjoys dancing, going to the gym, cooking, and spending time with her golden retriever, Piper.
