Dillon Williams
Firm Director
Dillon Williams is entering his senior year and fourth year with Hill Communications beginning his work as a Freshman Intern in Fall 2020. This past summer, Dillon interned at Sumitomo Pharma America, a biopharmaceutical company based out of Cambridge, MA. Dillon has a passion for public relations and brings with him intern experience working both with non-profits and in agency settings working with clean energy clientele. He has previously served on the Hill Communications executive board as the Director of Programming and Assistant Firm Director. In his new role of Firm Director, he hopes to be a resource for both clients and Hill Communications staff to ensure quality deliverables and continue the high reputation Hill Comm holds. Dillon is pursuing a major in Public Relations and minoring in Psychology.
Grace Guido is a senior dual majoring in PR and innovation, society, and technology. Her past experiences include internships in media relations, copywriting, and digital marketing. Grace has been a member of Hill Communications since her Freshman year, and is proud to be a part of such an amazing student-run organization. As Assistant Firm Director, she is excited to work with new and returning clients and help support members of Hill Communication.

Samantha Messina
Assistant Firm Director
Samantha Messina is entering her senior year majoring in public relations and minoring in sport management and history. Samantha has interned in PR agency settings and, most recently, an in-house corporation exploring branding and marketing. Samantha had been fortunate to further explore her passion for sports in an internship with the Syracuse Crunch as well as with accounts for Hill Comm. After beginning as an intern her freshman year, she’s gone on to hold multiple positions on account teams, most recently serving as the Director of Programming on the executive board this past year. Samantha looks forward to continuing the incredible reputation for an organization that has given her so much over her time at SU.
Lily Koller is a senior studying Public Relations with a minor in Information Management & Technology. Lily has experience working in PR in NYC, LA, and London and is passionate about diversifying her background in the industry. She is currently interning for APCO Worldwide as a Corporate Communications intern. As Programming Director, this will be her fourth year as a part of Hill Communications, and she is excited to be on the executive board to organize and plan events that create an impact on students.

Ashley Corso is entering her senior year with a public relations major and a political science minor. Her experience in public relations entails three internships where she worked/works on multiple accounts that practice media planning, business strategy, and communications skills: Finn Partners, (travel and tourism), Real Chemistry (healthcare and pharma), and (currently) Brodeur Partners (innovation and relevance). Ashley has been with Hill Comm for two years and is thrilled to be the development director!

Katie Murray

Katie Murray is a rising senior at SU studying PR with a minor in Women and Gender Studies. Katie has a passion for health and wellness and recently interned at an organic sparkling water startup called Sound where she was able to hone her skills in media relations, content creation, influencer relations and event management. Katie’s last year with Hill Comm is bittersweet as she looks back on being a Freshman Intern during her first semester at Syracuse and being able to finish out her Hill Comm career on the E-Board. As the new Director of Internal and External Communications, Katie hopes to elevate the firm's reputation by fostering strong internal cohesion and ensuring seamless communication among team members. Her dedication to nurturing a supportive and inclusive work environment will empower every member of the firm to thrive and reach their full potential.
Ethan Rujak
Executive Creative Director
Ethan Rujak is entering his sophomore year at SU studying Graphic Design. He started out in the Hill Comm Creative Team his freshman year and expanded his passion for design and marketing. Ethan is eager to expand his skills in all areas of communications and digital marketing. Ethan is interning at Lembra Digital, a digital marketing company, designing logos, websites and social media posts for clients. He is dedicated to his work and is also a Graphic Designer for the Moynihan Institute of Global Affairs in the Maxwell School. Ethan seeks to grow his career in graphic design and marketing while at SU and is excited to be a part of the Hill Comm E-Board. Ethan now serves as the Executive Creative Director and looks forward to expanding Hill Communications clients and his team.
